Toy Piano is the lofi hip-hop/chill beats project of musician/songwriter/producer/multiinstrumentalist CJ Marsicano (Kerosene, Project: Rubycon, Marsicano's Arc, Spitfire & Company). Using a variety of influences (Eno, Kraftwerk, J Dilla, NIN's Ghosts I-IV) and textures (adding the likes of mellotron, cor Anglais, koto and shinkansen to the traditional pianos, bass, drums and foley of lofi), Toy Piano makes its first of many contributions to the lofi genre.
